Hot winter drinks are usually garnished with whipped cream on top.
Give them a special touch by playing with the topping : you can for instance use a thin biscuit and put it on the cream or craft a flower fondant over the whipped cream. You can also sprinkle some colourful edible glitters to give the drink some sparkles.
Do not leave it to the whipped cream only, add your twist to it!
30 ml MONIN Salted Caramel syrup
200 ml milk and milk foam
2 shots of espresso
Garnish with biscuit and cream
